I screwed around and didn't buy one of their Strider Bayonets before they discontinued them. So when they released a somewhat similar but scaled back version a few months back, I made sure I wouldn't miss out on this one.

Ok…I know a lot of ZTs have heavy MRB influence and use the Strider name on some but I’ve noticed they are moving away from that some.

I think those that have been doing Strider collaborations are finding out that having that name attached isn't making people want to buy one as much as it is making people refuse to buy one. I didn't know about the controversy until a few years ago when I came across a Strider folder that I liked the looks of and started searching for reviews about it. That's when I decided they weren't for me.
